Dodge muscle cars are going electric, all while losing none of their raw power or intimidating style. At MotorWorld Chrysler, we expect to learn more about these exciting Dodge electric cars soon — here’s what we know so far.

The 2024 Dodge Hornet R/T

Combining green electric energy with the raw power of a Dodge muscle car, the 2024 Dodge Hornet R/T shows how far this brand is planning to push electric performance. The immediate response of electric power gives it a zero-to-sixty speed of just 5.6 seconds, and with a top speed of 128 miles per hour, you can still leave everyone at the track in your dust. Plus, with a 360-mile hybrid driving range, you don’t have to worry about running out of power.

The 2024 Dodge Charger EV

While Dodge has announced it will be transitioning to an electric lineup in the years to come, not much is known about what the final designs will look like. The 2024 Dodge Charger EV, however, is a great glimpse into the future of muscle car design.

Engine choices range from a 400-volt propulsion system, giving it 455 horsepower, to a 440-volt system that produces 590 horsepower. The top-line engine, available on the 2024 Dodge Charger EV Banshee, will use 800 volts of power, with the horsepower rating still being a closely guarded secret. No part of the classic muscle car experience is left out, with an industry-first rear tailpipe delivering 126 decibels of intimidating roar.
